Self Management of Cracked Heels

Cracked heels which are technically labeled heel fissures never look good, can be a real hassle but because they may in some cases result in more severe concerns if they are not dealt with you should take them seriously. They are more common in those who have dry skin, are overweight and wear shoes that have an open heel. The ideal way to address them is merely giving your feet additional attention by beginning with a hydrating cream on them at least two times a day to start with for that dry skin. Many of them include skin-softening agents, which include urea and salicylic acid which will help clear away old skin debris.
